THE WEDDING DAY
What a fairytale this has been for Dr. Jerome Taylor (JT) and Mr. Bobby Wayne Watson! From the unimaginable way they first met to the unbelievable day they both said, “I do,” the stars found a way to bring two people, from two very different worlds into one amazing love story that has been a dream come true. Their story is nothing less than a “WatsonFairyTaylOrDream.” They never thought love would come their way, but the App Gods were on their side. There was a very unique attraction between Bobby & JT that went beyond what either one of them could even imagine. For someone to capture Bobby’s attention for this long was mind boggling. And for someone to be able to get beyond the walls that JT had up all around him proved that their love was something absolutely special, rare, and one that must be cherished. Bobby & JT got hinged, got engaged, and now are married as the distinguished Dr. Jerome Ernest Taylor-Watson and Mr. Bobby Wayne Taylor-Watson.
THE WEDDING PARTY:
Bobby & JT were joined by their cast of six amazing ladies, who made their wedding day as wonderful and magical as the friendship and family ties they all share together. (From left to right): Martenia Hogan represented the Arthur Family in such splendor and raving gorgeousness as she is known to do; Soke Martin was a sight to behold as she flanked her best friend and UNT college alumni; Erika Spann did not fail to deliver her best friend and little brother with laughter and a lifetime of loyal sisterly love as she stood right by his side; Kanika Jones pulled out all the stops to stand by her big brother and lifetime friend JT with her ravishing smile and sweet spirit; Sheena Issac showed up to show out with her ever-loving laughter, her support for Bobby & JT (JET as she calls him), and her pristine beauty that is always a show stopper; and Ni'Esha Watson-Simpson rounded out this cast as she stood in full fashion to welcome JT into the Watson family. JT and Bobby were layered in Don Murphy custom suits fit for two kings. The "Real Maids of the Taylor-Watson Wedding" were adorned in custom dresses designed by Bobby and made by C. Adele Creations. John, the owner of A Man & Woman Floral Design brought this wedding color palette of Tanzanite Blue & Rose Gold together with his floral arrangement centered around the "protea" a South African flower that was as breathtaking as the wedding party cast that day!
A NASHER EVENT:
There was only one place that could capture the essence of the beauty of Bobby & JT's love and the depth of their commitment to each other. The Nasher Sculpture Center located in Downtown Dallas immediately stood out to Bobby when touring this facility almost two years ago. The couple knew from that day that the extraordinary artistry, the unforgettable landscape, and the unrelenting expression of individuality displayed within every sculpture would be the ideal backdrop for their endless love that they expressed before their family and friends. The sculpture above was one of the main exhibits that caught Bobby's eye and he was unwavered in his decision to hold the wedding at the Nasher.
